When and where we play

During the winter months we play on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month from 10.30 -12.30.

From the beginning of May we also play on Wednesday evening from 7pm until dusk.

We play at the Bower Inn, Bower Lane Bridgwater. There is ample parking and you can enjoy a drink before, during or after you play.

New members are always welcome to join us from experienced players to anybody wanting to try something new. We have spare boule that you can borrow and there is always somebody on hand to explain the rules and show you how to throw your boule.

If, after a couple of visits, you decide you would like to join us annual membership is just £5 and you can download an application form here or we can give you one.

Although petanque is a game suitable all ages, youngsters under 16 MUST have a responsible adult with them.

It is also a very safe game provided some basic safety rules are followed.
